Data we process

Contact and identification data you provide, such as name, email, phone number, company, selected service, budget and message.

Account, project, order, invoice-support and communication data when you use the customer portal.

Essential technical and security data, such as IP address, request time, browser information and server logs.

Purposes and legal bases

To answer enquiries and take steps before entering into a contract.

To deliver agreed services and administer customer accounts and projects.

To comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

To protect the website and our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and the establishment or defence of legal claims.

Marketing communication will only be sent where a valid legal basis or consent exists.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Contract, invoice and accounting records are retained for the periods required by Slovak law, generally up to 10 years.

Account and project data is retained while the account or contractual relationship is active and then for the applicable limitation period.

Security logs are retained only for a proportionate period required to investigate incidents.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by hosting, email, IT-support, accounting and other contracted service providers only to the extent needed to provide their services.

We do not sell personal data. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, an appropriate transfer mechanism required by GDPR will be used.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where the relevant legal conditions apply.

You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR). Requests can be sent to info@almakarsped.sk.

Automated decisions and updates

We do not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects through this website.
