How to submit a request
Send your request from the email address connected with your enquiry or account and describe the right you wish to exercise.
We may request proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal data.
Requests are normally answered within one month. GDPR permits an extension for complex or numerous requests; if this is necessary, you will be informed.
Access and correction
You may ask whether we process your personal data, receive a copy and obtain information about the processing.
You may request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.
Deletion and restriction
You may request deletion when the legal conditions are met. The right is not absolute, particularly where retention is required by law or necessary for legal claims.
You may request restriction of processing in the situations defined by GDPR.
Objection, portability and consent
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Where applicable, you may receive data you provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Complaint
You may contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic if you believe your rights have been infringed. We encourage you to contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the concern.
